The transport of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The mode is shipped via Colissimo without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, thank you for contacting us. Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will provide with a link that lets you track the online delivery of your package.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products ..
Packages are oversized and protected.

Returns

After acceptance by us, buyers, non-professional individuals, have a withdrawal period of seven days after the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except the cost of return. This period runsthe date of receipt of the order.

Delivery

Colissimo: As of care by La Poste, you are home delivered within 48 hours for France.

Mondial Relay: As of care with Mondial Relay, you are delivered between 48 hours and 72 hours for France and 7-9 days for Europe.

Shipping

Shipping costs are available from 150 €.

Shipping fees include 30 cents packaging.
